One of the goals using a Mainenance Management System is to collect all the data which occurs for equipment, work orders, purchase orders, material master and all other classes available in the system. In these premises, a powerful and easy to use Reporting and Reminding System is required to produce compress data, produce any statistical report or simple print data.
The Reporting and Reminder Management enables each authorized user to generate reports with an easy to handle dialog without SQL knowledge or any other expertise. Each available class of the system and each available attribute of every class can be used to dig for data or generate reminders for upcoming PM’s, open or recently completed work orders, required stock orders and much more. Reports and reminders can be saved to perform them with one click, assign them to a shortcut or even place them in the main menu (when system authorization is available).
